Tuesday 1/26

We finished up looking at the red scare by looking at the sacco and vanzetti trial. We finished class by looking at the President's of the 1920's and their conservatism.

Monday 1/25

No updates for awhile and then finals. Starting the second semester The Good 20's and Bad 30's we are in the middle of the 1920's today we reviewed the expectations to do King High Remembers and passed out some paperwork. We finished class looking at the Red Scare in America.

Tuesday 1/5

Today we looked at how WWI ended. When it ended the Treaty of Versailles left Germany crippled. Woodrow Wilson's 14 points were largely ignored, and the world was primed for another conflict. WWI's conclusion led to WWII's beginnings.

Welcome back from break. We focused mostly today on those who opposed the war. The Espionage and Sedition Act was passed to stop people from talking badly about America and the War.
